Cancellation policy

At the Barn, each appointment is intentionally reserved and prepared in advance. To honor both your time and ours, the following policy applies:

24-Hour Notice Required

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled time. If more than two appointments are cancelled within the 24-hour notice, you will be asked to prepay with a nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking.

No-Shows/Same Day Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, or failure to arrive for an appointment without contacting the business line of your therapist will result in a charge of 75% of the scheduled service(s).

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled guest. Full-service fees will apply. If the arrival is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a late fee of 15%.

Emergency Consideration

We understand that true emergencies happen. In rare cases, fees may be adjusted at discretion.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
